MORELLO FORNI has been designing and building ovens since 1969, including development of the revolving bedplate, to this day a rare and technically challenging feature to produce. The will to innovate traditional oven design began while searching a practical solution to avoid constantly rotating, inside cooking chambers, heavy copper trays used to prepare “farinata”, a local recipe; the rotating bedplate, once built, immediately showed its potential for pizza cooking. Even after 40 years, MORELLO FORNI maintains product design and manufacturing, to offer our clients maximum flexibility in choosing best technical features for their needs. Triple action anti-pollution filters are an example of that, developed to solve chimneys’ overheat and emission problems, very common in traditional wood ovens.
